Wear the iconic Emperor X lyric. This soft cotton tee features ‘Don’t think of her’ from Erica Western Teleport, perfect for indie music fans.

The Erica Western Teleport Lyric Tee

This white t-shirt displays the famous line “Don’t think of her running in an old t shirt” from the song Erica Western Teleport by Emperor X. It captures a specific moment of nostalgia and humor that resonates with listeners of the track. The design centers on the recognizable lyric quote, making it a clear nod to the band’s style without unnecessary graphics. Fans of the artist will immediately identify the reference, turning this piece into a subtle conversation starter among those who know the lyrics.

Why this tee resonates with indie fans

This minimalist design uses clean black typography on soft cotton to capture the nostalgic mood of the track without cluttered graphics. The unisex fit ensures comfort for all body types, while the simple aesthetic aligns with the understated vibe often appreciated in indie rock culture. By avoiding loud visuals, the shirt lets the words speak for themselves, appealing to those who prefer subtle references over bold statements. The fabric feels light against the skin, making it suitable for casual wear or gym sessions where comfort is key.

Product details and material

This white crew-neck tee is made from breathable cotton fabric with screen-printed black text centered on the chest. The construction focuses on durability and comfort, ensuring the shirt holds its shape after multiple washes. The print quality is designed to resist cracking, keeping the lyric legible over time. Available in standard sizes, this blank offers a classic silhouette that pairs easily with jeans, shorts, or workout gear.

What does ‘Don’t think of her’ mean?

The phrase is a direct lyric from Emperor X’s song Erica Western Teleport, evoking themes of memory and lost connections. In the context of the track, it reflects a humorous yet poignant attempt to suppress thoughts about a past relationship during physical activity. Listeners often interpret it as a relatable struggle between distraction and lingering attachment. Wearing this shirt signals an appreciation for the song’s emotional depth and quirky delivery.

Is this official Emperor X merchandise?

No, this is an independent fan-made tribute product featuring the recognizable lyric text. It is not produced or endorsed by the band or their record label. The design relies solely on public domain lyrical phrases and artistic interpretation by the seller. Buyers should understand this distinction when purchasing, though many fans appreciate unofficial merch for its creative freedom and availability.

Who is this tee designed for?

This tee is ideal for fans of indie rock, listeners of Emperor X, or anyone who appreciates sarcastic gym humor and nostalgic quotes. It serves as a thoughtful gift for friends who enjoy obscure music references or funny workout apparel. The design appeals to runners and fitness enthusiasts who want a lighthearted addition to their wardrobe. Whether you are buying it for yourself or as a present, it targets those who value wit and musical knowledge.

How should I care for this lyric tee?

Machine wash cold inside out and tumble dry low to preserve the black text print on the white cotton fabric. Turning the shirt inside out protects the screen-printed area from friction and fading during the cycle. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, as these can damage both the color of the fabric and the integrity of the ink. Ironing should be done on the reverse side if necessary, never directly on the printed text.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
