One of the reasons so many people are incarcerated. We are becoming Russia, we are just 10 years behind them. A country that is run by oligarchs, leaders of massive businesses, who bend government to their will. They make the rules and everyone suffers for it. Laws like anti-trust legislation are basically ignored and price fixing abounds. The people desperately want term limits for Congressmen, but it will never happen.
