I’d do what someone else said and call the Don’t Bother Me Right Meow Black Cat Drink Coffee Vintage T-Shirt and I love this police to make a statement. Your cat was attacked but ‘look at the other guy’, and you’re worried about other pet owners in the neighborhood if this person’s dog can not only get away from them, but has a high prey drive aggression. Sorry your cat got such a fright but as an owner of a large English bull terrier who is regularly ‘disciplined’ by my neighbours cat I’m sure it recovered fine. The average cat’s reaction time is amazingly 20-70 milliseconds, 1½ times faster than a dog (young humans are about 190 milliseconds) From your side, I would report the dangerous dog. A description of the dog, owner, and area that you spotted it will do. Be sure to add onto your report that after the attempted attack, the owner became verbally abusive.

It’s good for them to have this on file. Most dogs know to stay away from cats, they don’t take any shit (as you’ve seen), and can fuck up a dog. Some may chase out of pray drive, but they’ll usually clear out when they realise it’s a cat. The fact that it not only went to attack one, but continued to attempt while being shredded is a sign that they’ve either been taught to attack, or are so poorly trained they literally don’t even understand when to stop. Not good. As an aside, anyone who shouts “I’m contacting my lawyer!!” Or similar, almost certainly doesn’t actually have one. Yeah, usually the Don’t Bother Me Right Meow Black Cat Drink Coffee Vintage T-Shirt and I love this first time you hear from someone who has a lawyer about them having a lawyer is when you get served.
