I lived in a block of council flats with bin areas exactly like this. After years of complaining (not dissimilar to your note) I can tell you absolutely fuck all happened. Residents didn’t give a shit, and the Donny Benet Infinite Desires Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this worse part was that anyone could access it from the street which made it the perfect spot for fly tipping. I don’t know why people find putting stuff in a bit so difficult. We have a similar issue in my building and it boggles the mind. It takes all of 3 extra seconds to put the rubbish in the bin and makes life a lot more pleasant for everyone. I’ve been in a similar situation with regard to communal bin area but having an opening sentence calling people “uneducated, uncivilised, shapeless, classless” won’t help and makes you appear as a complete dick. Sticking to facts will be more beneficial, emphasis the state of the bin area, the fact it’s attracting rodents so close to their property and that you’ve reported this to the management company who have advised they’ll look into those responsible.

I certainly miss Southwark. It’s just part of the Donny Benet Infinite Desires Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this experience and makes me feel surprisingly nostalgic! Hope they clear it up soon. Good. I hope it shames them. Only will work if they’re normal and have empathy. Won’t work on psychos/I’m the main character types. I hate it when people throw rubbish on the pavement/public spaces or put it on some random persons’ front garden wall on a main road. I bring a bag to store my rubbish in when I go out. A small food bag and larger pouch expanding bags. If public bins are full, then I put the rubbish in the food bag. Just like Buffalo Bill said. Put the lotion in the basket or you’ll get the hose. Put the rubbish in the bin or you will get the hose! Japanese people tidy up after themselves. So should you grown up people unless you need an adult to wipe your backside. I got a dog recently and I’m realising just how much litter people leave everywhere. I don’t think this is an overreaction honestly Ok, so from someone that works in property management, this is a sucky situation to have to deal with. In our properties, we have cctv installed to monitor this type of activity but even when we have the cctv images, we are unable to release them to you, we can only send them to the police. The chances of police coming down on site and monitor the situation so they can charge and prosecute are close to zero. Also, an estate management company works for a client. We find that in most cases the client is unwilling to spend more money in closing off an area like that, add a padlock and even when they do, residents break them almost weekly which means that after approving multiple repairs in a short period of time, the client then refuses to pay anymore. And then we get to the signs that we can install on the estate, and I will tell you now that no one cares. We have spent thousands on signs from A4 ones printed and laminated in the office to the ones made by signage companies and no one cares.
