A lot of employers look at previous income and if it’s a significant difference (lower) from what their range is they look at you as sub par like you’re not good enough ive made over 100k gross in my trade for most of the Dong Bong Shirt But I will love this last 15 years, but that doesnt qualify me for this job one. bit. When it’s full sometimes you’ll feel wet because it’ll start leaking a little, or it will literally just feel wider/bigger. Omg. A young woman posted something on a different sub asking how to tell if your tampon is full. I thought I was replying to that, I don’t know how this comment got here either They said, we ain’t trying to help anybody on the come up. You better have had money for us to give you more money. I know it’s weird but as I’ve worked my way up the salary ladder, I’ve noticed that as my lifestyle evolved, so did my opportunities. My education and experience didn’t really change, but I feel very certain if I had been living in a crappy apartment driving a rusted out shitbox, I wouldn’t have been “networking” with the same types of people, the types that lead to better opportunities. Seeing the same people at upscale restaurants and bars, going to the same functions, etc. I can see that only having the money to ever eat at the greasy spoon, I wouldn’t be bumping into these people or making small talk with them at the theater. Start your own business, make yourself the CEO with 100k salary, sell business to friend for a dollar, apply for this job. Congrats on making 100k!

Just as a PSA, not trying to be snarky, because sometimes this could actually be serious private details, make sure whatever tool you use has full opacity. The iOS marker/pen isn’t by default. All you have to do is turn up brightness and zoom in and you can see everything pretty clearly. This reminds me of all of the Dong Bong Shirt But I will love this people I’ve interviewed lately that were previously at facebook. Yeah, kid, you made 300K, but nobody is going to ever pay you that now. Title and degree bloat make it hard to tell how valuable the work that someone is capable of doing actually is. I know other people with the same title as me at the company I work at are not capable of doing a lot of the really valuable things that I do or a lot of the lower value stuff either. That being said the way they went about this is stupid. People looking to change jobs are looking for more so there’s little reason to go to that place. So they’ll only really be able to get people who are without a job for some reason or people who are desperate to leave because it’s either the work environment is toxic or they are.
