It’s amazing what some people will conveniently ignore or claim their fine with just to save face after being caught doing or saying something stupid. Consequences, who needs consequences?! What is this world coming to when bigoted assholes are held accountable for their actions?! “I don’t want to see his life destroyed by this absurd felony…” Well, he shouldn’t have committed a felony, then. White bigots don’t get a pass just because they are white and bigots. If it was HIS flag I see no problem even though Im from lgbtq+ community, if it wasn’t then he deserved it since that’s vandalism. The same folks who wanted to make flag burning a felony in the Don Luce Canadian former professional ice hockey Buffalo Comet T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this 90s are mad that flag burning is a felony in the 2020s. You can burn the American flag if you wanted to, you can do anything you want to a flag you paid for. So any flag is whatever confederate? burn it, Nazi flag burn it, American flag, burn it, Gay pride flag burn it. It doesn’t matter you own that particular flag. However destroying city property like the cross walk. Is not ok, as for one you don’t own it. 2nd it was paid for by the tax payers. That demands a criminal charge. It seems that everywhere I turn, there is a Republican donation bin of some sort. For example, donate to this, donate to Trump’s wall, donate to Trump’s lawsuits, donate to the family of the insurrectionist that got shot and died etc. must be expensive to be a grifter.

Ok for a second I thought bro was going to jail for buying a flag and doing burnouts on it. Bro actually caused property damage, fair enough. So… people are mad he vandalized public, city property and rightfully got charged for it and possibly a hate crime? Hmmm, pretty white southern boy goes out of his way to scream at the Don Luce Canadian former professional ice hockey Buffalo Comet T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this world about how ‘not gay’ he is. I feel like I’ve seen this before. Also doing burnouts call also be considered reckless driving. Do it enough, you could also throw a disturbing the peace charge. The correct unusual punishment is to keep him jailed indefinitely, but each morning at 8am, he is given an once-per-24hrs opportunity to repaint what he damaged with paint his fine purchased. It’s a felony because Desantis and republicans in the Florida legislature enacted a new law designed to protect confederate monuments which applies to all monuments and tribute art installations. It does seem excessive to make it a felony though, isn’t vandalism usually a misdemeanor? Felony usually means a year in prison, that seems harsh. Don’t get me wrong it’s a shitty thing to do and both the driver and the guy defending him are hella homophobic, but a year in prison does seem excessive. I did a lot of stupid shit as a kid. I was arrested multiple times. Did time in juvenile hall. Was put into the scared straight program.
