It’s simple: they treat the Dolomites three peaks of lavaredo south tyrol Italy mountain shirt in contrast I will get this 1st amendment the exact same way. People on the right in this country want their rights protected, they don’t want certain groups of people who they don’t like to be able to exercise those same rights. The way the first question is phrased is odd. Whether or not your 2A rights can be revoked has no bearing on 1A being a gold standard. You’ve already answered your second question. Some people argue the government shouldn’t be able to revoke your 2A right if you’re a convicted felon, but that’s the law as it stands today. That said, prisoners lose many of their rights as well, and that applies presumably to any nation where citizens are granted rights. You could argue that makes certain rights more or less guaranteed, but we have an understanding (here and in other countries with constitutions, as well as those without) that when you commit crimes you potentially forfeit those rights.

The 2A says “shall not be infringed” right? But infringing on someone’s rights is okay in this case, but the Dolomites three peaks of lavaredo south tyrol Italy mountain shirt in contrast I will get this not the case of hate speech. Again, it’s routinely the case that some rights are infringed upon in special circumstances, like that of prisoners. That applies not only in the United States. Not all rights are enumerated, like the right to privacy. That is a right we forfeit in prison. My question is how do you ignore the “shall not be infringed” part? That’s plain text and yet it is easily infringed upon in the name of public safety. I’m not sure what you want to hear. I’ve already stated that the law is contentious, and I’ve also pointed out other examples of when we lose our guaranteed rights.
