I did, actually! Woke up at 2:40-something because of this chest cold I’ve been carrying around for 4 months. It was a bad way to wake up at 3:30. I’ve been waking up at 4:30am every night for the past 2 weeks. I read that it can be because your blood sugar level drops to a low level so your body wakes you up before something bad happens, so it’s worth getting checked out by your doctor. I can also be light exposure, so check if your sleep environment is conducive to sleep Other people have their own lives and maybe they like to stay up that late. You’ve never been awake to see other people early morning habits so that’s why it’s odd. It’s not metaphysical. Yes my nose was blocked. I had to stand up to breathe again. Then I lay back in bed on my back so that one side was not completely but 30 percent closed. I was not allowed to move or my nose would close again. In the end I did fall asleep Yes. My baby has had wicked diarrhea, and I had to change him at 3:30. Also 5:00 and 6:30. Why did I become a parent again? Haha

Yup. Listened to podcast for 30 minutes. Got out of bed at 4 am. Made coffee , sat outside in backyard for 45 mins drinking it and chilling Got kids out of bed at 5 am. Took them to swimming at 5:30. Walked dog for an hour, mapped out some ideas about starting a consultancy. Collected kids ….feels like have already done a bit today I wake up everyday around 3-4pm. It’s been going for a year or so. I am not sure. I just wake up. I check my phone’s notifications, engage in some if they are interesting and then go right back to sleep.
