Why do you think people spend all day, every day posting in r/politics, r/PoliticalHumor, and all the Does Not Listen Or Follow Directions – black butterfly T-Shirt and I love this “murdered by” subs?? It’s not for news or debate or learning or whatever. People just wanna jerk their monkey in likeminded company. Because they are to old or too stupid to find real news sources, these are the type of people who stil pay for cable… It’s pretty clear what is, and isn’t “fake news” so I’m hoping that the govt will just take control of the media so we won’t have to deal with all of this harmful fake news anymore. What we need are set standards that an outlet needs to meet to be ale to be called a news source. They need to present facts and facts only and make every attempt to leave bias out of it. What we have right now is purely news commentary 90% of the time. Even Fox “News” had a few actual journalists that tried to give facts instead of their bias (some bias always seeps in) but they have all quit or have been let go. People that get their “News” from the likes of Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity are so severely misled it is insane. OAN and NewsMax are just giant shit bubbles waiting to burst. Democrat leaning “News” sites are almost as bad, they aren’t as much fake as Fox but they are VERY VERY corporate establishment led, they are exactly as bad as our Politian’s, they bow to their corporate overlords and care nothing about the regular American Citizen working their asses off every day to make this country run.

Quit being so dramatic. You live in Portugal, not the Does Not Listen Or Follow Directions – black butterfly T-Shirt and I love this US. CNN there isn’t CNN international, isn’t CNN US, it’s a local operation catered by those that got the “franchise”. Nice try though. ? The talking heads side with or pretend to side with one polar end of the country or the other so people feel someone “gets them” finally Also I used to be against owning guns so easy until i came to Texas, here everyone has guns and criminals think twice before doing their thingy, Texas is the most friendly place i’ve ever been. I was borned in a country that nobody are allowed guns except police, politicians and criminals (btw criminals don’t ask for permission and politicians can have it easily ) believe me, that system doesn’t work.
