I wouldn’t cause a stir, (unless he has) but instead in the Dodgers In My Veins Jesus In My Heart 2023 Signatures shirt and I love this nicest way possible, make him feel very silly by forwarding the Foxtons email and reattaching the photos confirming the additional items were correctly retained, not ermm removed!! Landlords ey, you gotta love them There is no ambiguity that the landlord meant you could remove items and store them elsewhere, such as a storage unit. By giving you permission to specifically dispose of the items, they’ve made it clear you could throw them away. Foxton’s has charged me for items that were in the pictures end of tenancy and my own items as well! They charged me £20 for a used toaster that was gifted to me 4 years pre-tenancy. I wound up not recovering as my flatmates wanted the bulk of the deposit back ASAP but the recourse would be to file a complaint and upload evidence with the deposit protection scheme. All the info you need will be on your MyFoxtons portal

Leaders tried pulling this with me, the Dodgers In My Veins Jesus In My Heart 2023 Signatures shirt and I love this old tenant left a sofa bed and we knew a friend of his so we contacted him through yhe friend and he told us we could keep it for 20 pounds.. fine… we didn’t want it when we left so we paid someone else to take it and leaders estate agents tried to charge us for it. Also for finger prints on brand new cutlery we had purchased for the flat most likely i think it is to do with the usual useless casual lazy estate agent – who is speaking on behalf of the landlord having little clue of what they agreed initially -either way they are wrong for sure I had a dream last night I was out having a drink and someone introduced themselves to me and I found out they were a landlord. I just screamed “parasite” repeatedly in their face.
