Had this happen at my work. Told this dingus of a “senior engineer” from another office that I would not be available anymore after X date to continue helping with his project. (Our team had more important projects out of our own office to focus on). Told him this literally a month in advance and specifically said he needed to find a replacement for my scope. Told him again a couple weeks later. Fast forward, his project deadline coming up, he reaches out to his “boss” I’ve worked with before basically like “hey what do I do, this guy won’t finish the Disneyland Trip Family 2024 Shirt Additionally,I will love this work for me.” To which I forward all the prior emails and copy the pertinent parties, like NAH BRO this on you. Own up. Equally when I go to my wife’s email to search my name to find the email I forwarded her after she says I didn’t.

Disneyland Trip Family 2024 Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

A few years back a director called me into her office and reamed me about things she wanted to blame me for. I mentioned an email that her underling had sent, with her copied. She responded by shouting, “What email!? Who?? Who sent it?!” I sat calmly and let her enjoy her rant. Then I called HR and told them all about it. Not that I was upset; I find nitwittery entertaining. I figured I wasn’t the Disneyland Trip Family 2024 Shirt Additionally,I will love this first and wouldn’t be the last, so my reporting the incident would make the next person’s complaint more credible. My old boss did this a few times and I never understood it. If someone says that they sent me an email, Im gonna double check anyway, thats never worth the embarrassment. Even if Im 100% sure that I didnt receive it, it might has been flagged as spam Always keep a copy and if you feel something’s wrong, CC someone on the higher up. Always assume that it’s someone on a psychotic power trip and is doing things behind their boss’ backs. If the top is where the rot is, well, better start looking for an exit strategy.
