I think vlogs only really work for people who already have fans, and that content is unlikely to be as popular as what brought them fans. A vlog by itself would be a much harder trek. Yeah guess I’ll have to mix in a few segments to see if I can grab people’s attention. It’s just annoying I can’t start with things like Q&As and stuff as no one is really intrested. I’m a bit confused by this statement. Q&A kind of requires someone to ask the questions so I’m not sure how you would lead with that? I want people to be able to ask questions when it comes to creating a LGBTQIA+ Q&A session but I really don’t get anyone commenting or really interacting with my videos. I get a few people subscribed (Have like 38 subs atm) as well as maybe a like, sometimes dislikes because I even mentioned Trans people even know I’m Trans myself. You can go to forums like reddit to find questions people are asking until your channel grows and you get questions in your comments. Jusy answer questions you think people want to know. Or stuff you would have wanted to know. You dint actually beed people to ask you so you? If you really wanted to vlog you could answer the questions as you go about your day

I can imagine vlogs are a pretty tough genre to build on YouTube since you are essentially trying to get people interested in your daily life. Without a specific purpose or general theme its hard to get people to watch. What do you want your vlog to be about? You mention a Q&A. Is it on a subject you know or is it just about you? The Q&A would be based on Trans / LGBT issues as I am a Trans woman myself I feel as if it could help people understand not only Trans people more but also the Disney Valentines Day Disney Castle TShirt What’s more,I will buy this LGBT community. So you should do vlogs but tell a story with them and do narration in between vlogs. Your vlogs would all be on one topic or question that the final video would answer. If that makes sense. The thing is that to establish a fanbase you need to make content, no one gets a fanbase without having some content out there first. What I find most helpful is that before I tell people “hey come watch me” I give them value first. If I just show them videos about my life that’s gonna be boring but if I’ve already given content where I’ve given tips, advice, useful information, then when I make lifestyle content it’s more well-received, still not as much as advice content but better than if I just showed off my life which is what I feel vlog videos are mainly about. Same here, It’s not like I’m going to stop but it feels like I’m just posting to the void especially when I’m trying to get feedback / comments on something. Or if I wanted to do a Q&A segment I can’t as no one replies.
