Every time I see shit like this, and read the Disney thanksgiving happy thanksgiving disney grateful shirt in addition I really love this comments in here, it just baffles me that the US seems to operate in this fashion. Seems that they really land of the free’d and home of the braved themselves into letting corporations just screw them over on a daily basis. Regulation works, it protects the people, corporations sure as hell ain’t going to do it. imagine if Elon just bought all trailer parks like this and just charged for cost and nothing else. but instead he blew 45 billion on twitter. I do not have a twitter account so, could someone please post this on twitter for John Oliver’s team to see? Let’s try to give this poor guy some range. more Americans need to read the grapes of wrath. Because nothing has changed for you guys. I have a couple spots on my ranch that I rent out to campers and a lot of these RV’s show up because the campsites have all these rules about how nice they have to look and the horn has to work and things that are so superficial. I’ve made thousands of dollars just by taking in people who need time to fix up their campers and giving them a judgement free spot to camp. Why are camp sites turning away these customers? Vanity? I don’t know. But I keep adding new amenities every year as it becomes more popular here and I hear stories like this about people who went through the ringer and are glad to find some peace.

From a business perspective, everything that this community owner is doing makes sense. But other than the Disney thanksgiving happy thanksgiving disney grateful shirt in addition I really love this property tax thing, I mean… that’s just a community/land owner putting doing what they have to do to maintain the value of their property. It sucks, but its what you’ve got to deal with if you’re renting land to plop a trailer onto. Look at how run down and out of control trailer communities get when the land owners let people do whatever they want. Seriously though what an absolute nightmare. I hope that community bands together to fight these fookers. This happened to a trailer park in my town. After they strategically forced everyone out they dozed the lot then built a walmart and some REALLY shitty duplexes that look nice, cost way too much , and are about as quality as a cardboard fort.
