No, I don’t do this. I get the Disney Star Wars Baby Yoda Mandalorian Parody Shirt Furthermore, I will do this logic behind it, better than spilling some of your pint on the walk back. Just never been something I got into the habit of doing. Yes, and not just mine. I’ll take a sip of everyone’s drink in my round. Then I take a sip of all the other drinks on the bar. Because this backwards country and its regressive citizenry refuse to embrace beer in glasses filled to a line rather than to the rim, the glasses are overfull when delivered (or you’re being cheated). So of course you have to drink some to avoid spilling when you carry it back to your seat. Why yes, I am a firm believer in “pint to line” glasses (or 330ml to line, or 250ml to line, if it’s a continental beer).

In some ways I think it reduces any awkwardness of the Disney Star Wars Baby Yoda Mandalorian Parody Shirt Furthermore, I will do this wait. If you’re not with anyone so have no one to talk to, it can feel weird to just stand there while you wait for them to confirm the payment went through or for your change. I lived in Japan for a few years after uni when I really developed my drinking habits, and picked up a few quirks. First pint of the night I always cheers before I drink it, so even if I get 2 pints back to the table and my mate has gone to the shitter I will wait, cheers, then sip. And I always cheers with my glass below the top of the other person’s. Which isn’t a thing here but over there it’s considered polite to the point that sometimes it’s a laugh as you both try to out-polite each other. Became such an amusing thing to do that it stuck. If I’m buying a round, it’s unlikely (but not entirely unheard of) that I will take a sip of every drink, if they’re not all pints.
