The only tasty cheap foods are processed and fattening middle aisle garbage. Eating something tasty that is also healthy whole food, like a steak, is pretty expensive. Most poor people are gonna be miserable eating something cheap but healthy, like plain rice and beans. Also fast food drive through is much cheaper than grub hub delivered relatively healthy food from a nice restaurant. Fast food is addictive as it is designed to spike and crash your insulin so that healthier food becomes increasingly less satisfying the DILF Damn I Love Fishing shirt and I will buy this more you eat fast food. Also, if one is poor, they often can’t afford to do much with their free time than making a hobby of eating junk. It’s their little bit of cope in lives that are often kind of tough.

Controversially I would also add that wealthy people are more likely to have a high IQ cognizance of the DILF Damn I Love Fishing shirt and I will buy this value of health and delayed gratification. More money equals better education normally. Better education leads to healthier dietary habits. Wealth also tends to allow more free money and time for kids to be active in dance, sports, gymnastics, etc. These activities tend to keep kids at a healthier weight. This is my opinion based personal observation. Lower income households are frequently forced to purchase lower quality foods which are high in sugar and fat. Fresh produce and high quality meat is way down on the list, especially when you’re in a “food dessert” (No real grocery store) like so many people are today. Better quality food comes from better quality stores, and very sadly, those are usually pulled out from lower income neighborhoods. So, the rich get access to better quality healthcare, better quality food, better schools, better everything. Be prepared for a thread full of people suggesting you “just eat cheap/better” with the least nutritionally sound diet you’ve ever seen in your life. As a simple suggestion, throw your day of meals into both a Kroger shopping cart and MyFitnessPal first and make sure you’re hitting weight maintenance macro goals for a 6ft tall dude before suggesting we subsist off 300g of carbs, 40g of fat, and 3g of protein with no Vitamin A, C, or Iron.
