Addiction, Mental Health Issues, Terrible upbringing by irresponsible or absent caregivers, 2008 housing crisis? I live in a very liberal town (not complaining) but there is definitely a crowd that makes the Dieter Kochan Canadian-born American former professional ice hockey goaltender T-Shirt but in fact I love this homeless out to be heroes. I come from a family of addiction and mental health issues and several of them are homeless. Why doesn’t family help them? We’ve tried – they steal and sneak away to buy more drugs. You eventually give up. Every time I’ve tried to give I’ve found it to be a hoax. I was going to buy this guy gas and some oil and when I went in to pay the cashier told me that the guy does this all the time, returns the oil and buys lottery tickets. Another time a guy asked for 1.50 for bus fare home, which I gave him. A few minutes later I see him asking other people and 10 minutes later he hits me up again when I’m inside eating (guess he didn’t recognize me).

Most notably was a lady faking a disability, faking being homeless, and it turned out she was actually a landlord. It’s a miniscule portion, yes. More importantly is what you said about “memorable” in that people irrationally place more significance that would be logical on that. A southern state, not surprisingly, put all sorts of tests/requirements, drug tests on EBT and other services to root out all these fakers and ended up spending far more on that than they recovered in fraud. I had a guy beg for money outside of McDonald’s. I didn’t have cash (and also prefer to give something to eat instead of money) so I went inside and ordered him a cheeseburger, small fries and small drink. He was pissed with what he got because he would have liked to order something bigger He took the Dieter Kochan Canadian-born American former professional ice hockey goaltender T-Shirt but in fact I love this food and stormed off. That was my ticket out of every beggar situation. I just kept a sandwich at the top of my bag and when someone told me they were hungry could they get change, I’d grab it and hold it out.
