But only she is pregnant. Pregnancy refers to the Devin Booker Phoenix Suns player cartoon shirt so you should to go to store and get this physical state. An expectant father is not pregnant. In fact, a woman who is preparing to adopt a baby might be called an expectant mother, but she’s still not pregnant. My husband never said it but I did. He helped make the baby and he fully supported me through the whole ordeal, helped with the babies post birth, and is an active parent. Absolutely should he be included in the term. But that’s me, my husband is awesome, some people have useless deadbeat baby daddies so, in their case, yes it’s stupid. I carried twins, my pregnancy was terrible, I was ill all the time, had loads of complications, it was just a horrible experience. My husband supported me as much as he could but obviously didn’t go through the physical side of things. It never once bothered me when he said “we’re pregnant” because they are his babies too and he was trying his best to help and support me. As a man the only appropriate thing to do when your wife says “we’re pregnant” is to look down, touch your stomach a bit, and look up confused.

it’s not that deep. idk why one should make a big deal of it. Both share the Devin Booker Phoenix Suns player cartoon shirt so you should to go to store and get this same responsibility thus, “we’re pregnant” is ok to say. But give enough appreciation to your wife since it’s a loong long time to bear a child, which is both, mentally and physically exhausting, whilst the man only deals with the mental exhaustion. I find it ridiculous next to „welcoming a baby“. what was it, a committee at the train starion or giving birth? “We’re pregnant” has always been one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard, I understand the general sentiment behind it but as others have pointed out there’s much better ways to communicate them. That being said, I don’t like the idea that the man just does “5 minutes of work and then his job is over” that everyone seems to throw around. In any healthy relationship the man (or non pregnant woman if it’s a lesbian relationship I guess) is going to be pulling a lot more weight around the house both because they’ll inevitably feel guilty asking their pregnant wife to do it and in some cases their wife just plain won’t be able to do it until the pregnancy is done. Now, obviously, the wife’s pregnancy is the harder of these two, even the smoothest pregnancy isn’t any picnic.
