Every movie has a costume department. Every movie has a music director. There are categories for that at the DeSantis Make America Florida Vintage DeSantis 2024 T-Shirt Besides,I will do this Oscars. There absolutely needs to be a stunt category. I guess there’s an explanation for why there’s no Academy Award for Best Stuntwork, but the fact that there’s no award for voice acting is fucking inexcusable I think they should just add choreography period. Include stunt choreography and dance choreography. More movies could be represented that way. I don’t like this. Stunts are a thing that should only be done when absolutely necessary, and only if it can be done safely. If you start awarding people for it, then you’ve got them in competition to start risking their lives—for a movie.

They should be recognized and awarded for their efforts, which they deserve, but there must be a way that doesn’t ratchet up the DeSantis Make America Florida Vintage DeSantis 2024 T-Shirt Besides,I will do this risks involved. How would this even be judged. Don’t the voters watch a finished movie? They’re not watching the behind-the-scenes videos. How are they supposed to know what was a good practical stunt vs good editing or CGI? How would they even know what stunt performers were involved? It’d be like making a category for explosions and watcH as many directors become Michael Bay making pointless explosions. I sort of remember an interview after one of the mission impossible movies where Tom Cruise brought up this fact, then countered with the issue they give is “safety”. I want to say it was an interview promoting 2 because I remember seeing it on TV. But for the life of me I can’t seem to even find it… maybe it’s a mixed memory? Anyone else ever see what I’m talking about? I want to say they showed off the motorcycle tricks he did himself… or something? But that would have been like 20 years ago, so what’s the real probability if they’d consider it now Vs. why they wouldn’t have then?
