but please don’t waste your time and energy trying to explain her what’s wrong and what’s right, it rarely works I can bet that explaining her right and wrong wouldn’t change a thing. These things mostly depend on the Derrick Henry American football running back for the Baltimore Ravens Caricature T-Shirt in contrast I will get this surroundings we have grown up in. Explaining her anything will be a waste of your energy and you might end up on a bad note with her. This. People at this age are pretty much set in their ways , you don’t owe her anything , so don’t attempt to point out her antics. It would only exacerbate the situation as your friend would think that you’re pointing out her flaws and somewhere you think you’re better than her. And people hate that. Dial back your friendship , don’t be the first one to text or make plans. Make excuses like family priorities, meet up with other friends, in need of personal time etc. I’ve made this mistake countless times , and I’ve only wasted my breath and soured my friendships. Bruh I know another brown girl who is also very materialistic I am happy that things between Us didn’t go far atleast from my point. But she was at least honest about being Materialistic and yes her obsession over her own face, ewww that thing disgust me till now. She even after being from A Middle class family wants an extremely rich background guy at all costs. Such girls are total red flags and should be avoided at all cost. I won’t lie that I was initially attracted towards her but I think that was just my hormonal boost towards her even at the start my mind was saying to stay away from her as I noticed several problems in her behaviour, craving for validation and appearing cool by this toxic attitude towards things can never impress any sane person.

Bruh exactly my friends who have fucking fair skin act like they are so dark and whine about it all day , I’m so sick if that behavior OP feels like they are projecting a lot… it could be your insecurity or your friends general opinions on skincare but in no way portrays her as a racist from your description. The ‘not respecting elders’ part though is a whole different ballgame. If that’s a negative character trait for you feel free to walk away from this friendship. As for your mental peace OP either limit your interaction with this friend or adopt the Derrick Henry American football running back for the Baltimore Ravens Caricature T-Shirt in contrast I will get this one ear in other ear out policy similar to the way you looked past their “whiny high-pitched” voice (shouldn’t be hard since you sound as much of a whiner yourself) i don’t understand, you call this girl “cute,” not sure how that’s relevant to anything? do you like this girl or something and are you connecting these seemingly isolated dots because you don’t have a chance with her as she’s dating someone else right now?
