OP lives in an ideal world, where he will work in the Derrick Henry American football running back Baltimore Scream Signature shirt Apart from…,I will love this same company and project forever, his company will forever have WFH. Kids and wife in the future will have the same mindset as him. I would suggest you just stay in Mysore. And when you have to visit office you can take an early morning train, vandhe Bharat train , ac bus, to Bangalore. If you have to visit once a month . This is the way . Mysore is clean , beautiful, calm . Real estate prices in India are the highest in the entire world. When you compare multiples of mean income required to buy a median priced home. Pricing is solely based on demand and supply. Tho the demand is not and there is abundant supply, home is such a necessity that irrespective of demand as long as population continues to grow the prices will keep only going up.

Unless there is population shrinkage, several decades for any such thing to happen, then maybe price will come down. The logic of supply and demand doesn’t work here. Supply is hoarded, and real estate is unique (two completely identical flats are valued differently based on where they are located). So supply cannot correct itself with demand. Hoarders charge whatever they feel like because valuable real estate is extremely scarce (located mostly in a few KMs from tech parks, other office buildings, and schools etc.). Prices are high because construction permits are impossible to get without tons of bribes and land acquisition is just a pain in the Derrick Henry American football running back Baltimore Scream Signature shirt Apart from…,I will love this ass. Now, if the bribes demanded/paid are dependent on the location of the land (which increases the costs), then it’s just technically hoarding by corrupt government officials. Hoarders buy from other hoarders at whatever price they quoted because it’s all hoarding at the end of the day. There needs to be a land use policy that needs to consider that an essential resource like land cannot be bought or sold the same way “air spaces” or fuel or water (not the delivery of water) cannot be bought or sold beyond what one needs. Additionally, if people didn’t go about hoarding property at the first chance they get without even having plans of living there, the real estate market wouldn’t be so expensive.
