Don’t let people like this make you do things. When they ‘see potential in you’, it is as a tool to do the Denver Nuggets Mountain 2023 Champions Lgbt Shirt moreover I will buy this thing they want. He’s gross, I agree it was sexual harrassment, and if he wanted a rocker girl vibe in there he should have sought out a rocker girl performer. I have to ask though, since I’m not in this industry: aren’t YOU the boss of your singing business? It doesn’t sound as though you’re an employee, it sounds as though you run your own show offering services as a performer, and you have various clients in different venues, and Mr. Creep is one of your clients. Do you invoice him for your time and he pays? Or are you on the company payroll? You can fire clients. And you can set out your terms and conditions from the outset. (Again, I’m not in the industry, but something to the effect of “the performer will do her best to accommodate guest requests, but ultimately the music genre and personal appearance are at the discretion of the performer.” (Get someone familiar with the industry to draft something suitable).

Say to him, “this is the Denver Nuggets Mountain 2023 Champions Lgbt Shirt moreover I will buy this performance I do. It sounds as though you are looking for a different type of performer. I can let you out of this contract early for $XXX so you can find someone who is a better fit.” I usually just read this sub for entertainment. I don’t know you. I have no independent understanding of any facts other than you seem to sing on a tourist island. I am assuming you are not under American jurisdiction, and I have no idea whether you are formally employed or basically working as a paid per performance independent contractor. In all likelihood, the people here telling you what to do is probably not productive because you may be dealing in a reality of someone who is informally employed as a woman in a less rigorous legal framework for employment. The best advice I can give you is to stop booking your gigs, and get a formal booking manager. Obviously, it’s going to matter how good a singer you are, and the type of venues you’re performing whether is makes sense for someone to formally represent you, but if you are booking enough gigs, you generally should have a booking manager who is responsible for all the overhead, including dealing with club owners/venue managers. Yes, it is going to cost money, but it may work out to better paying/more frequent gigs, so it could be a wash. I also have no idea how informal your employment is from a tax perspective whether a booking manager makes sense in that perspective. I also don’t know how professionalized music performance management is where you are located, and how professional representation works.
