Dominion won partial summary judgement that what Fox said about them was false. Now they just have to prove actual malice and damages. End of the Denver Nuggets Maxie Legendary S-S Slub shirt What’s more,I will buy this first round and Fox News is already on the ropes. If I was on the defense team I’d be taking mountains of antacids today. I don’t think I can remember a case where the Judge issued summary judgement on the facts in a libel case against journalists. Against some nutbar printing up flyers, sure. An actual major press organization? I mean that’s a brutal fucking blow to Fox. That’s a judge staking his entire reputation on the fact that Fox’s stuff was so clearly false that no reasonable doubt can possibly exist that it was false. All those emails of them admitting it was fake then putting it on TV likely helped. I mean Fox News basically confessed internally for months to lying.

Denver Nuggets Maxie Legendary S-S Slub shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I don’t think proving malice is going to be that hard. Fox should be seeking an exit right now. They should be throwing themselves at Dominion and Smartmatic and begging for a settlement. Offering up the Denver Nuggets Maxie Legendary S-S Slub shirt What’s more,I will buy this fucking farm to make it go away. I don’t think there is an exit outside of a verdict, Dominion has shown an unwillingness to settle and for good reason They’ll probably never get that reputation back. For a business like theirs reputation is one of the most important things. This. Damages are essentially the market value of the company prior to the allegations as they’re pretty well out of the voting machine business now They’d be silly to settle now for less than whatever their expert will reasonably value the company as. I hope the verdict is long, slow, dry, and extra painful for Fox. They’d be silly to settle at all. You can’t get punitive damages in a settlement and the facts of this case have “punitive” written all over them. FOX literally had people inside the company telling other people that they would get sued for lying and others admitting they knew lies were being told and deciding to tell those lies anyways. They have evidence that states told them they can’t use them due to the bad press they have gotten. Even though the client knows the claims aren’t true, there are voters who do believe it and they have to present a fair election. They the two biggest obstacles in writing from multiple reliable and irrefutable sources. The emails/texts from Fox News staff saying they knew they were making shit up, and actual monetary damages due to those lies.
