If you really must do this–and I’ll mention from experience that it’ll likely be entirely unproductive–get rid of everything except the Dejuan Jones soccer Bootleg shirt Apart from…,I will love this first line and paragraphs 3 & 4. Maybe even remove the exclamation marks, too. That’s the entertaining part though. And sometimes you’ve just gotta let it out. It won’t make any difference, but it’ll make OP feel better. The state of the bin area is unacceptable and is attracting vermin. Foxes and rodents are making the place even more unhygienic than it already is. Please take more care when emptying out your rubbish. The bit where you get the authorities involved will result in all that rubbish being jammed through your letterbox. Your indiscriminate attitude toward your neighbours is as ugly as your bin area.

Dejuan Jones soccer Bootleg shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I get what you mean about the Dejuan Jones soccer Bootleg shirt Apart from…,I will love this attitude. I completely understand OPs frustration, the same thing happens to my bin area, except its not my neighbours being the problem. Other people can access the bin area, local restaurants also use it and they’re actually the worst! If OP has seen their neighbours doing this then at least that make sense to target it at them like this, but if it’s like my situation it won’t go down well because the neighbours are going through the same struggle. The suggestion to give it a week (or at least a few days) is VERY good. I tend to write a big angry email just to let off steam. And then I write a second much more rational one a few days later that I might actually send LOL. Both steps are useful in their own way. Apart from standing there in your dressing gown and slippers for hours after dumping your bags and loudly tutting to any and everyone who comes near, I feel like this is a lost cause. Maybe move?
