For me, it is a long term quality of life thing. At some point we all end up at zero…RIP. no one gets out alive. But.. You get some kind of control over what that journey looks like. You build that control and map that journey over the Deion Sanders San Francisco 49ers Signature American Football Coach T-Shirt in other words I will buy this course of your life starting when you are younger. So what will your journey look like? Is it a decline followed by decades of being more and more immobile, injury prone, and sick to where all you can do is sit in a chair, or is it generally good health and activity for a long time followed by a nose-dive at the end. I am personally aiming at the latter. I work out for an hour 3 days a week, and 15 -30 minutes most other days. Because I love it? No. Getting up at 5 am sucks. But I love the fact that I don’t get sick much, have no digestive issues, have lots of energy and endurance, and am stronger now (in some ways) than I was at 50.

I like the Deion Sanders San Francisco 49ers Signature American Football Coach T-Shirt in other words I will buy this fact that I can still run, and jump, and lift heavy things. I like that fact that my pants size hasn’t changed in decades and my balance is great. I like the fact that I am in better shape than almost everyone I know, and some of their kids. I can still do everything my kids do without holding anyone back. I could not work out the way I do, engage in the activities I do, and do the amount of labor I can if I did not consistently maintain my capabilities over the years putting in time in the gym. Also, since you brought diet into it, I workout so I can drink beer. You can’t outrun a bad diet, but it definitely helps. I have developed some healthy eating habits over the years, but because I am staying active I don’t worry about going off the rails once in a while.
