Now, when I see an adult younger than Gen X without tattoos… They seem really mysterious and counter cultural. It’s like, hey at least wear a graphic T or put some bumper stickers on your car! How’s anyone supposed to know what you’re about? I don’t know if I pass any sort of judgment on people covered in tattoos, but when I see someone where every inch is covered I usually wonder what made them go that far. Like when it’s neck, face, hands, everything. Was it on a whim? Did you have a traumatic childhood? Are you trying to be different? Are you just using your body as a canvas? Genuinely curious. I’m old so my first reaction upon seeing someone with a lot of tattoos is “gross” how classless! Because I’m from a generation where very few “respectable” people had tattoos at all, let alone full body tattoos. But then I remember, I’m old and the Deion Sanders Cornerback Prime Was Hating One Me Signature T-Shirt Besides,I will do this world has changed tremendously since I was a kid and then I think, who cares? Whatever someone wants to do with their body is nobody’s business but their own, long as what they do doesn’t directly hurt anyone. Then sometimes I think, man, how long did it take to do that and how did he or she sit still that long? I love people covered in tattoos. I have a few tiny ones but can’t fully commit. If it’s a sleeve, I try to notice the general theme of it, pick up some details. It’s really cool seeing what people choose to put on themselves. Kind of let’s you get a little glimpse into their mind in a way. If I’m looking, I’m admiring!

My first thought is “Dang it man….I wish I had more money so I could get more ink look at how cool that piece on their arm is… 🙁 ” I have a lot of big tattos and this is a little mean but.. I like to search and find bad tattos on other people. I dont say anythinf, Is just in mu head Depends in the Deion Sanders Cornerback Prime Was Hating One Me Signature T-Shirt Besides,I will do this type and style, sometimes “oh not again someone needs to follow these mainstream” or other times “must carry a lot of mental load” often “where does the money come from..” but rarely “what a piece of art” I don’t judge based on someone having tattoos or not but I absolutely judge them by their taste in artwork lol. So most of the tattoos I’ve seen in my life have been the rinky-dink college ones that were done in someone’s college apartment and they look terrible. Granted I’ve seen great stuff, like my buddy has a tattoo of Slayer album art across his shoulder blades, but then I see a girl with the 100th butterfly tattoo I’ve seen this last hour. How original. Depends. It’s either “That’s a sick design” (which is more common) or “That looks like a lot of expensive mistakes” if the designs are trashy or just suck. I’m too OCD to get one myself. I’d overthink it and would be scared of having to pay more money to fix or remove it if I don’t like it or looks bad once my skin wrinkles when I’m older.
