Reading this thread, it’s become apparent to me that a lot of people really don’t understand that there’s a difference between religion in general and organised religion. The latter is obviously, in many cases, quite problematic, but the Def Leppard Hysteria Tour Music Rock shirt What’s more,I will buy this former has done a lot of good for the world. Religion creates a sense of community and belonging. It allows us to orient ourselves with regards to the world we live in and find meaning and purpose. Religion is a vessel for culture, art, connection, and so many more things. It’s integral to how humanity developed, and though the emergence of organised religion has somewhat thrown things into disarray, on an individual basis religion still has the potential to be incredibly impactful.

Def Leppard Hysteria Tour Music Rock shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’m not affraid of religion, i’m affraid of religious people. Just yesterday i heard of guy promoting letting poor people to starve so you know… So it’s basically a book club? They all read the Def Leppard Hysteria Tour Music Rock shirt What’s more,I will buy this same book, they all liked it, and then they started some LARP stuff and act like it’s real? Damn, people still falling for the old “found the atheist/vegan/etc.” bit? I mean, I know this is an old post but that bit’s been around for ages. What goes unspoken in these shallow takes is the assertion that no amount of deep emotional tethers and sense of community is an excuse for believing in a physically impossible magical narcissist “see what I mean” yes I see that OP Is pedantic and childish and just wants to feel better about their belief in a sky god but hasn’t been able to come up with any reason behind their feelings Regardless of religion, nobody wants to know a self righteous asshole like that. Religious people are fucking insufferable so aunt Vicky who believes that gays will burn in hell because the preacher told her so and it says so in the book, is just having an intricate connection that’s beyond of atheist understanding. lmao. or, you know, you have to have a deeper grasp of the societal dynamics there, to even call that out, let alone have that kind of thing be acknowledged, without getting dismissed like “u just don’t get it” they’re not “wrong” about the problem being shallow understanding. it is very ironic, because this “people having the shallowest concept” thing applies to theists so very well
