Make sure you constantly thank them for the Death Penalty 2023 Ice Poseidon Paul Denino American shirt moreover I love this opportunity well you do this too. Tell them you really want to succeed so you want to make sure you’re constantly assessing yourself. They’ll eat that shit up. But the main thing is you want timelines and you want actual track-able metrics you can quantify. If they say something that is outside of your control “Oh we want to see general happiness” ask them “Okay great, and how are we going to measure that – what is the baseline right now and what kind of improvement would be appropriate for someone new to this role?” So either they are going to make you the new boss without any pay increase or they are using you as a filler while they look for the ‘real’ boss. Either way you will be doing more work with no pay increase. Unless they put everything in writing I’d be VERY hesitant to accept this position.

The real question here is, what do you want? Do you want to be manager or do you want to keep your current role? Keep in mind that manager is a totally different role with different tasks and different skill sets. NOPE!!!! They just want you to do it for free. Trust your gut! If they need the Death Penalty 2023 Ice Poseidon Paul Denino American shirt moreover I love this position filled…the person doing the job should be compensated from the get go. If they hired someone from the outside…they would not “be watching to see how that person does in the role.” get everything in writing with a set time table and the actual raise amount, then hold them to it. if they don’t agree, respectfully decline the position and tell them “they should understand, why anyone would do the same in this position and todays market” “I don’t want anybody to take this the wrong way, but … you hear horror stories. I just want some assurance that this situation isn’t open-ended. Can you perhaps provide a specific timeframe after which we could evaluate the official title change?”
