With scenes missing because grandpa figured out how to pause on the Dead Ringers Two Bodies Two Minds One Soul David Cronenberg’s Shirt but in fact I love this commercials but he’s a little slow remembering to start recording again after the break. I remember my grandma had recorded a bunch of old holiday specials for us on VHS & we must have missed at least a quarter of Rudolph bc she skipped about 45 secs after commercials each break That’s adorable. I remember that was the only way to watch stuff. Before cable and DVR’s it was the best way to rewatch, well anything. I remember I probably had 10 VHS’s with Simpson episodes i’d recorded my self so I could watch them when ever I wanted haha. Then, my mind was blown when the DVD’s came out and I had to buy them all! Now, I have them as digital files backed up onto a hard drive in my Plex server. We’ve come so far in such a small amount of time. So many calories burned recording everything. We had a medium sized wall that was full of VHS tapes. They learned to program the VCR too, which was not simple. Entire mini-series recorded because my mom didn’t want to miss The Thornbirds. I don’t think that anything they recorded ever got watched. Or if some stuff did get watched it didn’t merit the effort that went into recording it. I don’t even remember what happened to the hundreds of VHA tapes. I guess it was good because now you can watch Live Aid on YouTube. I wonder what we’re wasting time/energy with these days that will be similar to the VHS recordings.

Dead Ringers Two Bodies Two Minds One Soul David Cronenberg’s Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Every single episode of Doctor Who off of PBS; the Dead Ringers Two Bodies Two Minds One Soul David Cronenberg’s Shirt but in fact I love this 70″s guy with the big curly afro and long scarf. And I still have them, along with my VCR. Lol. My grandfather was the only person I knew in the 80s with two VCRs. He had a Beta and VHS player and would rip everything to Beta tape. He was the OG pirate to me and my friends. We had everything that the rental store had until they started making them copy proof with Macrovision. My uncle was similar. He was an engineer, retired for years now, and worked with a bunch of guys who enjoyed hacking satellite dish cards. His house was right down the road and pretty much our families personal blockbuster with an inventory system and everything. Man I watched so many great movies and a lot I probably shouldn’t have at a young age. I knew a family that had a wall of VHS tapes, all blank, and a notebook which meticulously cataloged each and every movie, in alphabetical order, with its corresponding spot on the wall. They recorded all of the movies from Showtime, Max, HBO etc so no commercials and they looked like they were professionally made VHS tapes when watching.
