Ended up sleeping in 2 different rooms and our lives instantly improved. It’s a weird proposition at first but it was worth it. We both get restful sleep. I get to sleep with my fan on, she gets her complete silence, I don’t have to listen to her snooze her alarm 5 times before finally getting up. umm so you mean your ex. she sounds terrible! I need the Dead And Company Final Tour 46 Years 1977-2023 May 8th Barton Hall Anniversary Grateful Dead shirt In addition,I will do this fan on as I get super hot and I need the noise to sleep. Ur weight doesnt have shit to do with it. Im in pretty good shape and i literally cant fall asleep unless my fan is right by my face. Love the noise and the air. Luckily my wife doesnt mind. If i had to choose between sleeping next to my wife or the fan tho, im taking the fan. No. You can replace your actual gf with one of million other girls, with zero consequences, but if sleeping without fan affects your sleep quality negatively, it’s likely to have negative consequences.

I sleep with two fans , I need the Dead And Company Final Tour 46 Years 1977-2023 May 8th Barton Hall Anniversary Grateful Dead shirt In addition,I will do this air on my face and the sound. She knew you used fans she still moved in. She’s being ridiculous The key here is not whether or not you can sleep with a fan, but how well you and your girlfriend can communicate your needs to one another and understand the other’s perspective. Sleep is very important for health and can have a great effect on mood and overall well-being, as well as effecting ability to heal, etc. This may seem small but how you handle it can be an indicator for how well the two of you are matched and will partner in the future. My spouse and I are like you two but reversed, she needs the fan / noise and I don’t. But there are also a ton of other things we have different about our sleep needs too; she likes a soft mattress, I like more firm. She likes big comforters, I prefer just a top sheet. I have sleep apnea and need a machine or else I snore and wake up 36x an hour, she does not. Etc, etc. Making it work requires care and conversation, as well as being willing to sleep apart at times (this was actually a good suggestion on your part). It’s more important that we sleep well, and that we are together. Been here, my friend. I am the same way, and was when I was a rangy underweight bicycle semipro rider, when I was an overweight beer brewer, and even now as I settle into the happy medium of dadbod.
