God, do I get this and something I can PROMISE you if you stick with meditation is that it gives you a clarity about what you CAN do and what is NOT up to you. This sounds like a way “out” of the David Bowie Ziggy Stardust The Motion Picture Soundtrack 50th Anniversary shirt but in fact I love this world’s wrongs but I have come to understand that the tyrants of this world rely on good people becoming paralyzed and not finding the inner peace that really is our birthright. Additionally, when we find this in ourselves, right actions follow. It was a fun little thought experiment I had to try and resolve a deep issue I’ve encountered on my path as well. But it had to be done in such a way that allowed myself and others to participate without judgement or strife, at least as much as possible haha. I’m glad you think this is a good topic, I hope some good comes of it

A really interesting question. It’s tempting to dive facefirst into your metaphor and get specific and granular in my response, but I’ll ask this instead. Ya I have. They weren’t “curable” in that sense, but I believe every effort progressed how I treat them, myself, and how that shapes my thoughts and behaviors going forward. I don’t know the David Bowie Ziggy Stardust The Motion Picture Soundtrack 50th Anniversary shirt but in fact I love this depths of being awoken, but it’s clear when one stands by another who is attempting to explore those depths and who isn’t From the first and the last piece it seems you pretty clearly understand the infinite game we seem to be playing. I wish you well as you grow in skill and heart over the years. There’s definitely an infinite component to it all, it’s both miraculous and terrifying at the same time imo. Thank you for your wishes, likewise to you Imagine if that was the only way to wake someone up. Not gently or with TLC, but by forcing them to keep waking up anytime they tried to rest & abusing them until they couldn’t bare to be in that cave with you any longer. They would eventually wake up & see the situation outside the cave, but they might also resent you & react to the awakening in a dangerous way. Would you still do it? Would you suddenly feel some hesitation or regret from your decision? Would you keep trying, with all your might & till the very end, to make it right or let that person leave to go down whatever path they are choose with their new free will? No I would not force that on anyone. I would try a different way. I would not give up on them unless they asked me to, and if that happened I would move on to other people
