Just for the Dave Chappelle’s Rick James Slap Comic Strip Parody shirt But I will love this record Covid is airborne so kissing isn’t what spreads it but it can spread other things so always stick to those guns and if they can’t behave properly they should get their access to you and your family yanked immediately. You can never be an asshole for using evidence and reason to make informed decisions about safety. It’s spread by droplets, which is why the masks were recommended. Kissing still wouldn’t spread it but the breathing in the face on the way too could easily, even though close contact is enough. Showing up ill would be enough to not be allowed in for me, Covid or not. I agree, i wish i was more firm with that instead of having to do these mental gymnastics in navigating my mother’s excuses. Gotta set a rule and stick to it. Thank you, and to me it wasn’t just covid, it was risking any sickness or transmitting anything to baby period.

I was already trying to avoid a sick baby and after i found out someone tested positive i just have one more thing that i REALLY don’t want to put my baby through or to have to go through as a new mom I would go scorched Earth if I found out somebody pulled a “just allergies” on me (somehow it’s never once been allergies), you have every right to be angry, if you told your husband “hey I’m not feeling like being kissed right now” he is legally REQUIRED to respect your consent, why does this r/JustNoMIL get to violate you and your baby’s boundaries 4 times and then try to make you the Dave Chappelle’s Rick James Slap Comic Strip Parody shirt But I will love this bad guy? It’s twisted!! She has a bad habit of using her sensitivity to guilt trip me, this is a life long issue that now unfortunately has more consequences now that i have a baby Literally almost punched my friend of 20 years by reflex when she leaned in just to smell my baby’s head. Lol I thought she was going in for a kiss. I’m sorry you were made to feel bad about setting that boundary! Not kissing vulnerable newborns should be common courtesy!
