This means that I now have more have more annual leave to take and so I’ve started to take a few full weeks here and there. Although those odd days were necessary for me previously, you’re so right in that they didn’t give me enough time to properly switch off and relax. Plus, no-one covers your work when you’re only off for a day, it’s just there waiting for you the Daron Bland Dallas cornerback shirt in other words I will buy this next day! If you’re of for a week you’ve a better chance of people picking a few things up for you! Hope it goes ok! I took a month off with personal stress and coming back was quite overwhelming. Took two days for me to get to speak to occupational health who put me on reduced hours, this did help and was far better than the 9 hour days I tried initially.

I returned to work last week after being signed off for four months, it was scary but the Daron Bland Dallas cornerback shirt in other words I will buy this plan for phased return really helps me get my head back into a ‘work day’ and I hope it does for you too best of luck I had a serious burnout in early 2020 (just before the pandemic kicked off, fantastic timing on my part there), and had a similar amount of time off to handle the mental health fallout. Take a breath. Remind yourself that your employer is supportive, and ultimately it’s in their best interests to have you healthy and back at work. A gradual, phased return is a smart way to handle this, and worked very well for me. Just be transparent about what you can and can’t handle. Don’t push yourself too hard. It’s tempting when more than anything else you just want to get back to normal, but normal might look a little different now. Take it easy, and be honest with yourself. You’ve got this, friend! I’m putting together a return to work plan at the mo for the same. There anything from your experience you’d particularly recommend I ask work for, outside of phased return?
