I’ve heard from some native Americans being told to go back… I’d imagine their response would be like “we would, if the Darkness Falls Across The Land The Midnight Hour Is Close At Hand Snoopy shirt so you should to go to store and get this Alaskan land bridge wasn’t too wet.” Growing up people asked me about the origin on my last name constantly, why would I hate when I know they are just curious. Exactly. The problem is declining Japanese population, and the goal is more Japanese people. Immigration does nothing for Japanese people, it just increases the percentages of other people. Dawg, everybody has the money to buy one of those homes. They’re free. They’re condemned houses in the middle of absolutely nowhere with no access to public services. Japan’s population is 2.2% immigrant. That is about a fifth or less of every other developed nation on the planet. They are unbelievably, short sightedly restrictive. I genuinely do understand the anxiety surrounding the preservation of culture, but the reality is that the world is in motion and things necessarily need to change in any country that wants to keep pace. Traditional culture ultimately will be preserved, just maybe not in the same way it has been up to this point. A lot of immigrant regions don’t even consider immigration to Japan because it is so far away and isolated, in my country most people immigrate to Europe not because they’d be treated any better and things like that but because its close and they can drive their car back home this is basically possible from anywhere in Europe to the Balkans and Middle East basically 2 major immigration zones. Japan’s population is 2.2% immigrant. That is about a fifth or less of every other developed nation on the planet.

And Japan also has some of the Darkness Falls Across The Land The Midnight Hour Is Close At Hand Snoopy shirt so you should to go to store and get this lowest level of street violence, and the highest levels of collective social consciousness in the first world. All things that come about when everyone is part of the same culture and grows up learning the same inherited cultural rules, morals, values, etc. I don’t understand why the west is so intent on forcing countries like Korea and Japan to open their doors to immigration. Their intent is obvious – it’s why we keep seeing posts about East Asian birth rates on Reddit. But the question is why. My guess is that the west wants East Asia, as part of the “global north,” to “lighten the load” of mass immigration. And to incentivize East Asia to do so, they repeat horror stories of how Korean and Japanese society will inevitably collapse, after 4000+ years of existence, because of birth rate declines. And maybe they’re right. Or maybe they’re wrong. It’s not that Japanese people hate foreigners, though there are some who certainly do. It’s that, for Japanese people, being Japanese isn’t a matter of speaking the language, or living in the country, or having citizenship. It’s about blood, and who your ancestors were, and where they came from.
