When IVF is performed, multiple embryos are fertilized and implanted into the Daniel Vogelbach American professional baseball designated hitter New York M Dots T-Shirt and I love this uterus. This often results from multiple viable embryos, and all but one is usually removed. I think it’s this removal that is technically an abortion under Alabama law. So they just need to do IVF differently in red states, by only implanting a single embryo at a time. There are lots of medical procedures that need to be done differently in red states. They should probably start the Red State Medical Association as an alternative to the AMA so they can codify their mid evil medical practices. Actually MEMA – Mid Evil Medical Association pairs nicely with MAGA. That if you don’t implant all embryos during IVF, that’s murder of a minor. I don’t know why they declared that ruling, since most people who do IVF don’t implant all embryos due to how the process actually works Yeah, it’s also confusing. Because if a freezer full of embryos shorts out, do you charge the facility with manslaughter??

That’s fine and all, but can’t they skirt this law by just freezing the Daniel Vogelbach American professional baseball designated hitter New York M Dots T-Shirt and I love this embryos indefinitely? They aren’t actually “killing” them then. My parents were given the option to freeze their unused embryos when my sister was born IVF in 1998. I’m not sure where they’re storing all of those embryos since then. Good! If abortion is illegal then playing god with IVF should be too! Maybe there is a reason you can’t reproduce. Adopt if you want a child so badly. There are more than enough to go around. If two people want to have a child together, and IVF allows them to, then they should be allowed to have that child together. Likely the liability of clinics doing this work will be unbearable and clinics will close and leave the state. Not an end to all ivf but an end in AL. It’s literally people bringing suit against the center that holds the frozen embryos till they are transferred. They are bringing this litigation because the embryos were lost due to negligence. Get off twitter and literally start reading this shit yourself. Going through IVF and what my wife had to go through just for the chance to have a family, if our embryos were lost d/t negligent acts then I’d be bringing the same suit. Wake up idiots Yes- the people suing the center that lost/destroyed the embryos is what STARTED this suit. The EFFECT of this ruling is that for people who OPTIONALLY choose to destory their IVF embryos/discard (FOR WHATEVER REASON THEY MAY CHOOSE WHICH IS AN OPTION AND A CHOICE…something I know you weirdos clutch your pearls over on a daily basis) THAT would now become a criminal act. What is hilarious is that you literally state that you and your wife are going thru IVF. I hope you’re not in Alabama and I hope at no point in time anything happens to those embryos and you get charged for murder or something absurd like that— since you are in support of this ruling after all.
