I’m not saying I believe they are secret FBI agents, just pointing out reasons people latch onto those conspiracy theories. Optics. When people actually act on these beliefs, they are rightly met with disgust. So their communities have to pretend that’s not what represents them. Partially because of things like the Daniel Jones American football quarterback New York G Dots T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this Wolverine Watchmen plot to kidnap the governor. It turns out almost half the group were federal agents. Feds embed themselves in groups and then fund them and encourage illegal actions so they can get convictions. While I see where your concern is… it’s also super easy to just not agree to plot to commit major crimes like kidnapping the fucking governor of your state. Do a search on the plot to kidnap the MI governor. It is a good case study in how the FBI created the plot (more FBI agents conspiring than actual bad guys). Then draw your own conclusion. It’s just another conspiracy theory about trying to make sure Trump doesn’t win the next presidential election. With the upcoming election, conspiracy theories are on the rise. “They’re trying to bankrupt him and destroy him,” stories. In this case, people created a conspiracy theory that the government is trying to scare people into thinking white supremacy is on the rise, so that Trump won’t win. The conspiracy theory that the government plants agents into public gatherings to sway voters isn’t new. A few years ago there was a meme about government agents in polo shirts at a barbecue. A lot of people have weird ideas.

Some people are speculating that its because Feds are conducting a honeypot and that’s valid to some extent, but the Daniel Jones American football quarterback New York G Dots T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this vast majority are likely right wingers trying to ensure that the movement isn’t being associated with them, despite the fact that naziism has always been a right wing movement. Only dumbasses think that them referring to themselves as the “national socialist party” means it was a left-wing movement. Cuz they swear real republicans would never and so rather than admit they’re on the wrong side they’d like to believe that the wrong side is trying to trick the media Trump supporters have been calling people who go out and take action that they themselves promote “feds”. They think the feds did Jan 6. Let me tell you, I was lurking there when Jan 6 happened and it was folks from that forum that did it, it was not the feds.
