I thought that you have to get paid the Damn right i am a lions fan win or lose wing skull shirt Besides,I will do this going rate for whichever job you do for 60% of your work week? I read that somewhere on one Walmart. Pretty sure that’s why we won’t call for help more than a few days a week and if we do, we grab team leads first (who already make more). i was told this is okay and fully allowed for you at your same pay to spend a few hours/help in other departments HOWEVER if you work an entire shift in said department you’re supposed to get that department’s pay for that shift. i’d assume ESPECIALLY if it’s full shifts multiple days. If you work more than half your scheduled hours in a higher paying department they owe you compensation legally. I would never pull from another department, I feel like that’s such a failure as a lead if I do that. BUT the one or two times I had to pull due to coach telling me to, I would only allow an hour or two of help max.

See that’s the Damn right i am a lions fan win or lose wing skull shirt Besides,I will do this thing they always pull just under half the day and do it less than half the days. Like they know what they’re doing. But I’d like to not have to be pulled after my lunch 2 days a week to help a department that isn’t even behind on their orders. And have 15-16 people working already with more arriving. (I work 7-4)so the 11am people had just arrived during my lunch the 2pm ones will be there soon and it’s always JUST me. Like literally out of every person in the store me i’m a cashier anytime i’m told to go to ogp i kindly tell them no. i have also told my tl that if they do ever make me they will get a very low pick rate or whatever the equivalent is for the other parts of ogp
