Kroger unions are fake unions meant to shut you up about unionizing, with the Dallas Cowboy The Legends abbey road thank you for the memories shirt in contrast I will get this bonus feature of making you hesitant to unionize elsewhere. When you work in another department in Kroger your schedule editor is supposed to code that time to that specific department. If your hours aren’t being coded properly you can file a grievance and get paid. I’m a Kroger manager and I code hours all the time. When I was a Starbucks lead the store I worked at had a terrible T&A clerk and I had to hound her all the time. Multiple people including my brother and his girlfriend filed grievances because she was garbage (management was pretty bad too) and they all got paid. Our department heads are thrilled to have T&A code our hours to the other departments because it sheds hours off their respective department’s labor budget. However, our contract doesn’t stipulate different rates of pay for working in other departments so the associates maintain their same rate of pay. I do it depending on the day, I work seasonal, but I have to get the paint counter when it oaoges, cover sporting goods when they benediction breaks, do the occasional fishing license, cover electronics when it’s sshort staffed, run up front to cashier when line’s are long, get told to zone any department in the store, help ogp when they are burning.

The only area I don’t get sebd anymore is cap 2, burr that’s on account of one team lead telling me he didn’t want the Dallas Cowboy The Legends abbey road thank you for the memories shirt in contrast I will get this autistic hired and the other pulling a knife on me during one of episodess and trying to deny me an accident report during another. You know, I had several instances where I should have gone to Erhics but I never thought of that. My store never gave much if any information on that. We still got the ethics number up, our market team had all contact info them pulled years ago from our backroom. I think my store had the ethics number posted somewhere maybe. I remember once looking for a number to report something but never finding it. It maybe was the ethnic number. Second one still needs to be, store manager had me fill out a paper and claims they reported it for me, that situation now includes a coach getting caught lying about some stuff and tipping off somebody I said something which resulted in them confronting me I’ve been informed one has been spoken to but “we cannot speak to you about any jnvestigations we have done so we carbon tell you whk was spoken too Don’t expect any info from ethics and their investigations do take a while. Regardless if anything happens to the bad manager, they will know they’re being investigated because people who get ethics calls will tell them. Then they’ll either fix their behavior or start retaliation which is another ethics investigation that will get them fired One time I was working in dairy and the lights went out in one of the fridges. I reported the lights to my coach. Ten minutes later the AM is asking me to change the bulbs. I asked her if my job titled said I’m an authorized light changer of Walmart. She replied you can’t change a light bulb? I told her I could but I won’t. I wasn’t hired to do anything electrical. Find a person who is assigned that task. I’m not them.
