I don’t think it’s discriminatory to have it match the Dad’s still on a hunting trip dean winchester jeffrey dean morgan classic shirt Also,I will get this age of retirement. We’re seeing a lot of really stupid out of touch nonsense from people elected to positions for life. I think part of the problem is that politicians that are in their 70s can no longer look to the future for anyone any more because they are going to die soon. Thr problem with rising the minimum wage is that the Americans are dumb enough to vote for politicians that won’t raise it. There should absolutely be a mandatory retirement age for politicians. Their jobs are too complex and important for us to ignore the fact that human mental faculties deteriorate over time. It makes infinitely more sense to provide a universal basic income of a living wage than it does to enforce a minimum wage. Minimum wage laws favor large companies and further hurt areas which economically struggle but also…why hunt down and punish companies that are breaking the law when you can simply avoid making it their problem to begin with? UBI, universal healthcare and eliminate all wage laws entirely. The fact that this isn’t even remotely discussed shows that “fixing the problem” isn’t the reason these laws exist they exist to benefit certain special interests. I mean, Bernie Sanders is 80. Kyrsten Sinema is 45. I do think that the average age of members of Congress being so high is a problem but clearly there’s a lot of other stuff going on, too.

Politicians have known for decades that they are screwing over their populace. The entirety of America’s history can be broken down into one big game of divide and conquer where racism was the Dad’s still on a hunting trip dean winchester jeffrey dean morgan classic shirt Also,I will get this primary means of getting a cheap labor force. Once the confederacy lost we should have done to them what Germany did to the Nazi legacy. Their entire premise should have been shamed and eradicated. Their symbols hung in museums to never forget what they tried to pull (Straight up separating from the main country in the name of greed) and to outlaw any and all attempts to try and enslave others. We didn’t do this. Instead we allowed them after they were beaten to make up dumb ass laws that could allow them to enslave someone who was a “convict” through either debt or their sentencing. The last slave wasn’t freed in the 1800s but rather 1942 when it was clear that through morale lowering propaganda our enemies at the time could use the fact that a single race in our country is still being subjugated. The video does a good job of covering the whole thing.
