I’m not sure how I can start this post but here are my thoughts. I’ve always been a spiritual person and I am striving to be a spiritual healer. I’ve been trying to get into meditation and chakra balancing as well as deep and self reflection meditation but I’m unable to do it because I’m easily distracted, I can’t sit comfortably and there is a medium amount of background noise and the Dad’s best hiking paradise mountain sun vintage T-Shirt and I love this walls are thin.
