I felt the Dad Grandpa Great Grandpa I Just Keep Getting Better Stars Retro T-Shirt and by the same token and need to add the second part to complete the story, otherwise it would not reflect the whole scenario. The situation had escalated to a boiling point and they had reported the incident to the Frankfurt airport crew. When I reached there, they were waiting for us and assured us that they would honor the confirmed status on my ticket and provide me with a bassinet for our next flight to Hyderabad. They kept their word, as the flight was not fully booked. Our whole experience was transformed from sadness to happiness and the crew was amazing. They were not only kind to us, but to everyone. When they heard our story, they showed the empathy that a kind human would show. They even brought some gifts for my child. That made me wonder how the same company could have two different groups of people representing it.
