It might not get all the Cyberpunk Santa Claus Merry Christmas shirt in addition I really love this way better, but it will change. Everything does. You CAN be the person you want to be and have a life you love (even if it’s not the one you’re imaging right now – because let me tell you, what we want CHANGES!). Hang in there <3 For instance I Do ice showers or baths, i exercise regularly, eat enough sleep well, cut coffee lately that seemed to help I also like psychedelics 🙂 On a psychological sense, I have lived a life of incredible beauty. Like, every day was pure joy, euphoric happiness, where I was one with the world and apart of existence. Words can hardly describe. And I'm pretty sure I Can get back there, so I'm grinding towards that day in day out. One of the most bang for your buck things to do in a severe depression, is to just connect with the fact that whatever seems "wrong" right now( quotes because, just because we feel bad about something, doesn't mean things are bad. It's possible to be confused), will pass. This is the idea of impermanence, and it's basically what's missing from awareness in every moment of suffering. Especially extreme suffering can feel so torturous, that it captivates us in such a way that seems as if it will never pass, as if it is a permanent way we'll be in the world.

But that’s why a practice is so important because if you can apply some awareness towards the Cyberpunk Santa Claus Merry Christmas shirt in addition I really love this fact that whatever you’re suffering from will pass, you will find ease. Whether it’s a bad memory, a physical pain, anxiety about the future, guilt, and so on, these states all function the exact same way: They arise, and they pass. There hasn’t been an exception to this. So see if you can bring that to mind when you’re feeling at your worst. If your practice hasn’t given you the attention to do it reliably, then write it down on a note that’s visible to you. Just write “This will arise and pass away just like every other state” The other thing is equanimity, and this does requires training because it’s a posture of non-attachment, and the prerequisite is to recognize aversion/grasping around whatever your suffering is. Grasping is wanting something we can’t get– this is literally a direct fuel source of suffering. Letting go of this want, makes suffering dissolve. Aversion is the opposite, pushing away of something we don’t want. Once again, letting go can dramatically change experience. The reason it requires training is along with our suffering there often comes smuggled into it a kind of posture saying “no no no, I don’t like this. I don’t want this. This has to go away. I reject this”
