The language issue is palpable. People won’t even have the Cristian Chicho Arango Bootleg shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this basic empathy to understand you if you can’t speak their language. Infra wise, it’s good. Rent is cheaper. But the price-to-satisfaction ratio is worse. Plus, the pollution here is toxic. Interesting. I haven’t been to Chennai but while Bhubaneswar and Pune are easily nicer, Vizag is definitely not the worst city in India. In my opinion it is better than most. Language issue is everywhere in south. Mind that you live in telugu dominated city. If language is huge problem then change it( hyd is best if you speak hindi). Other all are worse a bit. I think it’s Mumbai. I’ve never lived there but the whole image makes it seem like it’s really tough to survive there. The humidity, the flooding, high rents and the crowded locals. Chennai, but not for reasons North Indians think. Work is always in Progress in places outside the Central Localities. South Chennai Localities do not even have a secondary road for navigation, and the colonies are badly planned at best. Not much natural gateways outside Beaches, and the nearest Hill Station is 350 KM away and proper ones are some 500 KM away. Hill Stations are to Tamils what Beaches are to the rest of India. I have grown used to this Climate though, so much so I tremble at the slightest cold. You know what is wrong when people run twitter trends of a snowy climate when the temperature goes down to 19-20 deg C (Happened last December). But that is how the whole Climate of the Region in TN and Most of neighbouring AP is. Yes, PPL can’t have both except a few towns on Western coast who have beaches as well as hill stations nearby, but don’t have much economic activity for putting bread on the table. That’s geography for you my friend.
Cristian Chicho Arango Bootleg shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt
Northern cities couldn’t have beaches while Chennai couldn’t have hill stations/cooler climate. As simple as that. You also know that this kind of climate is needed for those mangoes to grow in summer! My friend abstained from settling in KL citing this exact reason. Delhi sure is one of the Cristian Chicho Arango Bootleg shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this worse. Lived there for few months. Hated it to the core. The pollution was unbearable, it was so so dirty, the climate sucks. The only good thing there is metro. Aligarh. It reminds me of the childhood trauma of traveling in roadways buses and feeling pukish the whole time. People are always in the mode of picking up fights, charged up with communal politics. Streets are so crowded and filthy. The first few years would feel like heaven best place in India. Clean air, all facilities, good life style, extremely safe compared to other cities. Based on this entire thread, I guess I should never visit India. What places do you all recommend for tourists then? It has to be Delhi where people have absolutely zero civic sense. From garbage pile to cow dung or simply no concern for other road users. Literally every one has siren in their car and police is a mute spectator, at many places you can’t even cross the road. Worst is air pollution during winter Seeing all the Patna comments, and – yeah. Loved that city for all the memories but in reality; it’s very fucking grim.
