We need Supreme Court reform. What’s stopping a majority from just completely retooling the Cool two and a half men shirt But I will love this constitution every day? Impeachment for lack of good behavior? What if we actually succeed in impeaching and expelling a justice, but then SCOTUS says it doesn’t count because SCOTUS finds that the justice has not deviated from good behavior? Where does the SCOTUS supremacy over the constitution actually end? I’m tired of all the bs. GOP will do whatever it takes to win and the Dems are pussies and won’t do crap, and I’m just done with it all. The Dems don’t even need to end it! They only need to return it to the previous “standing filibuster” as it was originally designed. No more ‘I filibuster indefinitely’ to kill a bill. Make the person STAND THERE and talk against a bill! They stop or leave? Then that filibuster is DONE. EVERY bill should be allowed an actual vote. Want to filibuster to bring more attention to negative aspects of a bill? DO SO! But this perversion of the filibuster into a tool for minority rule has to go. Keep the filibuster. REMOVE minority rule. Make the damned politicians have to actually vote YES or NO on Bills and make their positions known to their constituents. Stop hiding behind Moscow Mitch and the current ‘indefinite Filibuster’.

Y’all really want to expand SCOTUS right before the Cool two and a half men shirt But I will love this next congress? If we lose the senate in 2022, McConnell will have control over who gets those new SCOTUS seats. Just get rid of it entirely. I’d rather a Congress pass laws so I as a citizen have motivation to keep in someone who votes for stuff I like or vote out someone who votes for shit I don’t like. I would think it would actually incentivize elected officials to tone down the performative bullshit and actually work. This GOP will not hesitate to kill the filibuster as soon as they are back in the majority and have the Presidency in order to pass their agenda, yet Democrats, especially 1 or 2 notable ones, are not willing to do the same because ‘tradition.’ The reality is that this court will strike down any statute granting abortion rights, so there’s barely any point. That’s assuming democrats had the votes to pass one in the first place. I’m guessing this “codify Roe” stuff is mostly posturing, because Senators surely understand what would happen.
