It’s genuinely hard work to make these products at scale. As difficulty increases margin increases and the Conor McGregor UFC Notorious Kickboxing Championship shirt in other words I will buy this demand for profitability eventually overpowers it all. We’re really talking general stuff here and ignoring some other things like advances in production and manufacturing, global economics, and a ton of other things that matter when looking at this at a granular level. Marx actually talks about this in multiple essays but most notably in Theories of Surplus Value published in Das Kapital. There’s actually a really good and easy to explain version of this in the Grundrisse where he talks about it with banks and silver backed currency. TL;DR: Companies favor profit over utility in their products and will sacrifice it all for profitability in the name of infinite sustained growth. Marx was right. Fuck. Because money has always been the goal. It is a common pattern. Get in a position of power and then exploit till you cannot. Shareholders demand more $. Without wage growth not sure where they think this money will come from. They’re all idiots. Money was cheap and easy to get especially for growing tech companies up until 2022. This allowed them to provide a generous service below cost while they were growing.

No unity at all from the Conor McGregor UFC Notorious Kickboxing Championship shirt in other words I will buy this customer’s side to say: fuck it, I don’t buy their shit. It’s probably an unpopular opinion, but we are the source of the problem. Our consuming habits. Because they can. The pro-corporate government has shown with the egg distributors, gas companies, etc that it’s okay to price gouge us. So the big wigs at the companies you mentioned have decided why not them, too. Its because if they don’t get yearly “growth” then their share prices dives hard. Doesn’t matter what the reason is, if no growth then its seen as failure. So they get desperate and cant see the forest for the trees.
