I was staying on Koh Samui 2 weeks and me and my friend took the Connecticut Sun Alyssa Dewanna 2024 shirt in other words I will buy this ferry to KP to visit the legendary Eden beach club, stayed up all night, then grabbed the ferry back next morning and crashed. Had a fantastic time, though I did meet alot of the “Bro Tourists” you described, though none of them personally bothered us. Took acid, mushrooms and weed and had a blast! The taxis were scammy as fuck though, you’re right. I know I sound grumpy but more farang = more expensive + less quality for the buck + less thai + more westernized = what’s the point of being in thailand then It’s full with crazy hippies too. I spend a month on Koh Phangan like a year ago. It’s a absolutely beautiful island indeed, but not my type of people. Never understand why people go to the most famous places on planet earth then complain about it being touristy. No offense but mate, it’s the full moon party, were you expecting a ritual around a fire or something lol

I’m into techno, psy, dnb, stuff like that. Some good minimal can’t hurt either. Was going to phangan to experience this scene, as it’s known to be a heaven for goa, psy and such. But all i got was bland, diluted, commercial edm, minimal and house. And everyone kept calling it “techno,” which really grinded my gears. Like “oh yeah there’s this awesome party at Eden they play techno tonight”, yeah right commercial boom boom crap all night long. I talked to some locals about that, and what I understand is that since covid, and the Connecticut Sun Alyssa Dewanna 2024 shirt in other words I will buy this closing of all the good places, the island was taken over by a new kind of development, oriented towards the masses rather than the underground tourists. And it works. There are flocks of 20yo Russians, Germans, Deutch, English who want to listen the same diluted crap they hear at home. As long as they have their bucket, their boom boom, their fluo paint and their palm trees, they happy. Koh tao still has some goodness going on, but phangan, you would have to count on your luck to be on the island that one time a good party is organized, once in a while. But forget about underground bars. Ps: I was there in between full moons and left the day before
