Find something you enjoy doing. I love playing soccer. So I found an adult league and I play every weekend. That’s such an amazing workout that I really only need to go for a 3 to 4 mile run once per week + my soccer game on Saturday to stay in good shape. Barely feels like workouts. The game is so fun, and the Congratulations To Coach Levelle Moton All Time Wins Leader In NC Central History Shirt and I will buy this run is just to help me be better during the game so I find a lot of purpose in it. I think a big issue is people force themselves to do something they don’t enjoy at all. Personally I find the gym to be horribly boring (the treadmill was originally intended as a torture/punishment device after all). I have found that I enjoy running, biking, and ball sports like tennis much more than going into a crowded gym for no reason other than the workout. It’s more important to somewhat enjoy your exercise and be consistent with it than to get a 100% optimal workout you’ll quit out of hatred after a month.

I view the Congratulations To Coach Levelle Moton All Time Wins Leader In NC Central History Shirt and I will buy this gym as a hobby. Not something I have to do. I have been an athlete for a very long time and playing sports was really the most important and rewarding part of my life. After college I no longer had competitive sports. Going to the gym filled that void. Additionally, with regular exercise I get irritable, stressed and i have trouble sleeping. This has a domino effect on other areas of my life and my mental health kinda just plummets if I don’t exercise ever 2-3 days. On top of that based on all the things we know about the human body and exercise. Id be doing myself a disservice and putting my self at a disadvantage in the grand scheme of life by not exercising. When it comes to “drive” idk really. It’s less drive and more necessity for me. I have ADHD and I have tried just about every medication option. Exercise seems to be the only effective one without unbearable side effects.
