For real. I’ve seen her touring schedule and she’s booked and busy. She has so much support from the Congrats jacob trouba official achieve mark messier nhl leadership award 2024 poster shirt moreover I will buy this fans and she’s become a fan favorite. Why can’t she just be happy about that and focus on the positive? Not everyone is going to like you What she’s probably (and fairly) pissed at is that people on the internet feel qualified to offer critiques, while sat on their sofas eating sandwiches and doing nothing with their lives. Imagine using the excuse that someone being on a reality show means that they should just roll over and take hundreds of ‘fans’ giving unsolicited critiques, gross It’s wild to me how many people here commenting can’t fathom that she’s likely not just receiving constructive criticism about her drag. Knowing this god-awful fanbase and that she responded well to genuine criticism on the show, she is receiving insults at best (“you’re ugly” is an insult, not criticism), and is likely receiving unwarranted harassment and hatred. No one would have this response if it was just “criticism.” And even if it is purely criticism, how many of you would handle it well if you got the same message about the same thing over and over and over again? She clearly needs support, but this fanbase is absolutely rotten and about 1/4 need to completely log off.

Yeah this. Before people post about her makeup or outfits or whatever, they need to ask themselves “is this the Congrats jacob trouba official achieve mark messier nhl leadership award 2024 poster shirt moreover I will buy this 600th time she has heard this today?” i feel bad for her, but people really need to think more carefully about whether doing the show is for them. like the deal is clear: you get your drag judged by a combination of D-list celebs on the panel and strangers online, and in return you get to sell t-shirts and for at least 12 months almost any gay bar in the world will book you to perform (once). it can launch your career but it also requires a very thick skin and the ability to prevent yourself from reading the comments section. Wild how everyone in these comments suddenly seems to be the expert on the relationship between gender identity and drag. Amanda’s journey is her own, and she defines her drag, not you. If other trans women talk about their drag in different terms, then bully for them, but that doesn’t mean that’s how Amanda has to talk about hers.
