Why are you still with this guy? If you can’t be your true self with him, do you really want him as your partner for the Conan The Barbarian Thief Warrior Gladiator King Shirt in addition I really love this rest of your life? You deserve better. My dad was prolife. We had a discussion with him and in his eyes if it’s a choice between the baby and his wife the choice is always the baby. Even if it was his own daughter, he’d pick the baby. Surprisingly, when we reframed the question and mentioned he’s had a life with his wife, the love of his life, the unborn baby is potential for life sure but you are losing your spouse. Or for the daughter, you will never see your daughter again. You will live the rest of your life without them. If you pick your wife and want to try for another baby after that you can. Your daughter could have another baby if she choices. Losing your wife or daughter is permanent and gaining the baby, well you don’t even know this as a person yet. Interestingly he shifted his thoughts and now he’s prochoice. Honestly I was shocked that reframing it like this changed his mind at all. Frankly it’s upsetting that he never considered the life of the woman before this conversation.

I understand why you would want to keep your abortions a secret, but do you really want to be with a partner that you feel you have to hide that from? Because what, you think he would dump you or hate you if he found out? What if he finds out some other way? Or what if you’re both drunk and angry and you tell him about them? I personally could not be in a relationship with someone who did not believe a woman gets to have autonomy over her own body, but if I had gone through the Conan The Barbarian Thief Warrior Gladiator King Shirt in addition I really love this painful and personal experience(s) of getting abortions, I would definitely not be able to be in a committed relationship with someone who would shame me for that or believe I shouldn’t have even had the chance. I’m really kind of shocked that you both, in 13 years, have never had a conversation just about abortion broadly. Anyow, I’m sorry for the shit you’re having to process now. Honestly, I feel like if you really want this relationship to work out, you do need to share that you have had abortions and let him sit with that idea – that someone he’s loved and respected for 13 years (!) has gone through that, and let him try to understand why. Because I think it’d be too painful otherwise to be in a relationship with someone who otherwise would hate my guts and not respect me over something that I felt was important to me and the right choice for me.
