Now that I’ve graduated, it’s on me to work out. So I try to run at least three days a week and lift weights at least one day a week. I hate running and going to a normal gym. I found that I enjoy rock climbing and now look forward to going. Try finding something you enjoy doing. I started working out 6 years ago. Just like most things in life, you develop a routine with it, and it just becomes a part of your lifestyle. You may need to try it a little longer, but once you get a schedule set for it, everything becomes easier with it. Adding changes is unpleasant. Motivation play a huge role at the Cobra Kai John Lawrence shirt What’s more,I will buy this start at least it did for me

Cobra Kai John Lawrence shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I lift 7 days a week. About 2 hours a day. I do it for not just my mental health and aside from the Cobra Kai John Lawrence shirt What’s more,I will buy this endorphins from feeling good and exercising but also the one thing that replaced my passion. When I was younger I love getting into something seriously. Doesn’t matter what it is, if I actually try and do it I better fully dive into it. When I was younger it was collecting stuff ( street wear clothing) then it became into collecting gaming stuff ( like gaming skins) . When I realized I got older and lost the time tonspend alot of time gaming, I chose a new passion. Lifting weights! It’s easy since it’s also good for my health. If it weren’t for something I can be passionate it I can never bother to do it daily. I work in cardiac surgery. An I don’t wanna be on that table. So I run and workout and try to eat ok. Plus I’m 46 and I don’t wanna look like a Schlub or an easy target.
