Well you see Palestinians are different because they maybe voted for Hamas and there is absolutely no further historical analysis to be done regarding why Hamas became a popular political movement /s Sure, most people in Gaza are children because just about all the Clubber Lang Rocky Iii shirt but in fact I love this adults have been murdered already, but they’re morally culpable for the actions of the government there that Israel has been doing everything in its power to keep going. /s there is one side in palestinian-israeli conflict thai is not interested in peace at all if you look at UN Resolution 181 which entails two state solution and gives Israel basis for its statehood. looking at what is happening in west bank right now while they are etnicly cleansing gaza strip it is clear that israel is not comited to peace. there is no hamas in west bank yet palestinians in west bank are daily plagued by evictions and building of ilegal settlements terroized by settlers that face no repercusions for their terror And the Likud party charter specifically rules out a Palestinian state. We hear so much about Hamas rejecting Israel’s right to exist. Not so much about Israel thinking the same thing about a Palestinian state.

That’s absolutely true, over 50% of the Clubber Lang Rocky Iii shirt but in fact I love this seats won in the last election in Israel are from conservative parties that believe in religious supremacy. More governments need to take responsibility and it would ease tensions. If leadership just owned their history to show empathy and that they don’t want atrocities repeated we can all move on. Now countries want to point fingers and try to one up each other with accusations. Small note that it is not called Kristallnacht in Germany as that is a positive or euphemistic term for it (Crystal Night). That’s not quite correct. Speaking as a german “Reichskristallnacht” is still the most common term and used in recent school text-books. However there are people trying to shift towards terms like “November-Pogrom”, because Kristall (crystal) evokes positive imagery of glamour, rather than the plundering, arson and violence that actually happened. The english “night of broken glass” I think actually fits pretty well. Interesting. I thought that the reason why a lot of people don’t like the word “Kristallnacht” in Germany is because it focuses on the capital destruction (breaking of glass windows of Jewish owned shops, destroying Synagogues, etc) rather than the fact that over 91 jews were killed, 30.000 jews were arrested, abducted and sent to concentration camps. Also, Kristallnacht was the official term the nazi party used, which is another reason I thought people didn’t like the term. I’ve heard several reasons to why, I think most are true to some degree. The picture of streets full of broken glass from synagogues and shops I think is still a reasonable focus for this day as it illuminates another state of the genocide than just the arresting and murdering part. As in we often focus on the concentration and murder-camps while forgetting that a genocide has to be prepared for a long time and that this was one of the steps toward it.
